We woke up quite late the on the second day at Las Vegas. This was possibly due to our sleeping patterns.

The first thing we did was to go and exchange our tickets that we got for a circus show at Tix4less for real seat tickets at the Mirage Casino. The show we were going to watch was “Beatles: Love”.

After exchanging our tickets we went to walk around the middle part of the strip which we had not seen the previous day. We went to see the MGM lions who were lazy and sleeping, and also had Pink Hot Dogs at Planet Hollywood, which was really overrated. I believe Orange Julius’s Corn dogs would taste way better.

After watching the Bellagio fountains one more time, we headed back to change and went back to the Mirage. We were able to travel freely because we had gotten multi-day passes for the ACE and DEUCE lines which ran from downtown to the south of the strip.

The Beatles: Love show was put up by Cirque Du Soliel and it was quite impressive. As expected they featured many well listened songs from the Beatles. It was a light hearted story about a man who could not find love, with small stories in between. There was also a historical perspective by including a World War into the story. It was a pricey show, but it was enjoyable. After all, we have to watch a circus show in Vegas!

In the evening we spent our time going to the outdoor performances put up by many of the hotels. There was the Mirage Volcano, Pirates of Treasure Island, and some Lady of the Mist show by Wynn. It was fun watching the free performances.

After that long day, we went back to Downtown Las Vegas but we missed the Fremont Street Experience and so we called it a day.
